Records Management

Guardian has provided exceptional files and records management services to the U.S. Government and commercial customers since 1995. By replacing conventional storage systems with high quality shelf storage or electronic media, we provide a very attractive and convenient means of optimizing space in many situations. We employ nearly 200 professional managers, technicians and laborers on our contracts within the corporate office.

One of our most prestigious file management contracts was awarded in 1999 by the National Archives and Records Center, the largest contract ever of its type. Guardian successfully filed, tracked and relocated tens of thousands of records containers and delicate items comprising the entire archival history of the U.S. Government.

Guardian also provides Records Management Services Storage/Retrieval contract for Baltimore County, Maryland. We maintain the complete inventory of records for Baltimore County Records and Archives via our state-of-the-art, on-line records management software. We provide a streamlined records management solution for Baltimore County by allowing for ease of access through an online identification and retrieval process. Delivery requests are placed online for delivery by Guardian’s quality fleet of vehicles. This online process also provides accounting ease by tracking departments for cost allocation.
